PRESIDENT ’ S message

We are all in the midst of the first quarter and it is not the typical first quarter we are used too but we are open and moving in the right direction . My hope for everyone is that your check-in usage is improving and you are gaining new members . For most of us , we are working harder than we have in a few years and things look different . I often look out on the fitness floor and see all young kids , I am missing my “ older ” members . And cant wait to get back to being able to chat with people and build relationships .

Being in this industry is a blessing as we get to help people feel and look better every day . No time in our industry ’ s short history has this been more important than now . So even though things are financially tough and our numbers are down , let ’ s try and focus on the one thing we can still control ; helping people become healthier .

Our why for being in this industry is to help people and I ’ m reminded of that from time to time by colleagues . So I would like to remind all of us that helping people is the mission and putting the mission before everything will get us through this difficult time .
