GUEST WRITERS
Melissa Troyer
I am a happy wife and mother to four lively children. They
keep my life anything but dull, laughing often, and constantly
in need of Jesus. I am finding that my place of deepest need
and greatest loss is actually the best place to be - leaning hard
on Jesus. Each moment is an opportunity to worship - some-
times through tears and sometimes through great joy.
I enjoy blogging (You can follow me at danilissa.com) when I
am not too busy homeschooling or buried under a pile of laun-
dry, as well as camping with my family. I love encouraging peo-
ple, whether it’s my husband (who is currently juggling a full
time job and going through school working toward a medical
degree) or friends or family... You can follow me on facebook. I
am also on instagram as danilissa.
Tanisha Gingerich
My name is Tanisha (Stutzman) Gingerich. I am the wife of
Benjamin, and since writing this article I have become the
mother of a beautiful baby girl, Verona. I enjoy travel, quiet
moments in nature, taking risks, and giving my all to those
I’m privileged to love. I believe God is, and that He’s far
more beautiful than we have any idea. Knowing Him and
making Him known is my ultimate desire in life.

Emily Zimmerman
Hello! I’m an Indiana girl from the little town of Wakaru-
sa. About 5 years ago, I started the adventure of teaching
piano lessons to children in my community and discov-
ered that I love it! I also enjoy a good book, heart to heart
chats, and experimenting in the kitchen. Although I dream
of traveling to serve needy people in other places of the
world, right now my passion is encouraging young ladies
in their walk with God! If you wish, you may email me at
[email protected].
Esta Doutrich
I left my job as a reservation nurse four years ago to mar-
ry a bearded Oregonian. I have two small children, work
as a nurse part time in family medicine, and I write if I get
enough sleep. At this stage of motherhood that is about
every six months or more, but when I do you can find it
at estafaye.com. My instagram is @estadoutrich and is
mostly books, hikes with my babies, and brief thoughts on
faith.

I write from a university town in Indiana where I live
with my husband. I loves big cities, ethnic grocery stores,
mountains, houseplants, and stars. These days I can most
often be found canning tomatoes, preparing for the arrival
of twins this fall, and editing Light Magazine -- a quarterly
print magazine for young women. www.lightmag.org.
