Tomorrow's Leaders for Change
My mission is to challenge educators, parents and students to stand tall against bullying and join TLC on the mission to “Change the world with one message at a time.” I started a FAB T-Shirt Campaign back in October, 2014 and has been amazed at the success and support from families in the Nashville community. The theme behind the message is to empower youth that if they stand up to bullies or keep someone else from being tormented, “They’re Fabulous.” You are putting the “Fab” in “Fabulous” by fighting against bullying. At the present time, I am partnering with YMCA of Middle Tennessee in efforts to build esteem in youth, make them feel proud of who they are and become confident leaders.
With efforts of reaching a global audience, TLC Empowerment Tour was birthed to spread the word about our Code “RED” Initiative to stop bullying:
- Realize bullying isn’t cool,
- Exercise your rights to take a stand,
- Do something about the problem, be the
solution!

I FOUND MY DESTINY!
I grew up in Covington, TN, one of seven children, raised by both parents. I graduated from Covington High School in 1997 and later received my Bachelor’s Degree of Accountancy from Rust College in 2001. During college, as a mentor for Rust College Upward Bound program that assisted disadvantaged youth, I strategically applied winning concepts that enabled students to achieve academic success regardless of statistics. After college, I spent a decade in the Accounting field before realizing that my calling was higher than just accountancy.
Dealing with bullies for almost ten years from fifth grade to sophomore year in college, God was preparing me for the prize of leadership, leading today's youth out of the darkness of depression, suicide and low self-esteem due to bullying. He knew that I would be able to handle the challenge and a force to reckon with because of the Tina the Termite story.
Bullies called me names, started fights and constantly harass me. It took the grace of God, him holding my hand, building my confidence and paving the way for my future success. Through God's favor and love, I saw the shining light and found my destiny. In 2014, I became the Founder of Tomorrow's Leaders for Change, a Non-Profit that focuses on youth leadership, bullying prevention, character-building, self-esteem, confidence and perseverance.
Building my platform as a bullying expert, I am the Author of 2 Best-Selling books, Diary of a Bullied Child: Smell of Stardom and Future Superstars: A Story about Bullying. They both provides reasoning of why children become targets. Through authorship, I became a dynamic speaker that has provided motivational speeches to many children in the Tennessee area. My works have been featured on Fox 13 Good Morning Memphis, Renee Bobb Radio Show, SistaSpeak Radio Show, Conversations with Ann Haney TV Show and most recently featured in The Tennessee Tribune Newspaper. Through God's will, he allows me to expand my services to families in the Middle Tennessee area. I empower people to change their mindset about bullying and the impact it could cause on lives if the epidemic isn’t treated successfully.
