The first unique spot came about 15 minutes into the contest. Cesaro and Sheamus had battled to the top of a bridge ladder, and tried to claim the titles. Roman Reigns ran interference, lifting the ladder with both men on, so they couldn't reach the belts.

Sheamus came close to capturing the titles later, when he hung onto the brass rung, once the ladders had been taken away from him He couldn't remove the belts, and plummeted to the mat.

The conclusion of the contest came as all the wrestlers hit their finishers on one another. The most impressive was Orton, who RKO'd Cesaro in mid-air after swiping him from the ladder. The Viper looked set to copy Rollins and win, whilst Kane stabilised the ladder Unfortunately for the authority, John Cena recovered, and delivered Attitude adjustments to both Kane an Orton before climbing the ladder to start his 15th reign as world champion.

Whilst I didn't like Cena's miraculous recovery to climb the ladder after felling two opponents, him winning the title was the correct call. The mooted rematch with Brock Lesnar at Summerslam is the biggest match in the WWE. With the disappointing take up of the WWE network, you can't blame the WWE for playing safe.

FINAL THOUGHTS

Overall this was a good show, with the major highlight being the Money in the Bank contract match. Layla/Summer Rae aside, there was nothing awful in this event, but the lack of build to many of the undercard matches meant the show wasn't as memorable as it could have been.
