v2 Pound For Pound Rankings

Compiled by the forum members of 606v2.

1: (1) Floyd Mayweather - Dominant wins over Robert Guerrero & Canelo Alvarez sees him retain top spot

2: (2) Andre Ward - Despite frustrating injury lay off, returned with good win over unbeat Edwin Rodriguez. Remains the man at Super-Middle but needs a big challenge soon.

3: (8) Tim Bradley - Went some way to silencing critics with a fight of the year win over Provodnikov before outclassing Juan Manuel Marquez at the tail end of the year.

4: (20) Guillermo Ridondeux - A boxing clinic which made fellow P4P'er Nonito Donaire look amateur sees him finally gain the recognition he deserves. Will need to fight to excite if he is become a PPV star.

5: (6) Wladimir Klitschko - The dominating era of the Ukranian continues. Dour though he may be, he continues to knock his challengers to one side. Now into the 9th year of his Heavyweight reign.

6: (4) Juan Manuel Marquez - A stunning KO win over Pacman he may have, but the Mexican was made to look pedestrian by Bradley last year. Whats left of this boxing legend...time will tell.

7: (5) Sergio Martinez - The Argentine barely escaped with his title in his only fight of 2013. Knocked down once, arguably twice by Brit Martin Murray he held onto his crown with a disputed victory. With Gennady Golovkin lurking the Martinez era may be drawing to a close.

8: (7) Manny Pacquiao - With the crushing loss to Marquez still fresh in the mind of many; Pacman finally returned in November, looking in decent form. Yet given his opposition, Brandon Rios, was tailor made for him he has a way to go in order to show he is still the force he once was. A muted rematch with Bradley in April will show us whats left of the Filipino.

9: (21) Danny Garcia - Despite an underwhelming performance against an aged Judah to kick start the year; 'Swift' ended it laying claim to the monarch of Light-Welterweight king. He overcame hard hitting Argentian by UD with a great display; a bout which saw him start as underdog. Lack of marketability may see him miss out on the 'big' fights.

10: (3) Nonito Donaire - 2013 will forever be remembered as the year the Filipino was stopped in his tracks by Guillermo Rigondeux. Despite returning to winning ways against Vic Darchinyan; Donaire is no longer the man in his divison and may always play 2nd fiddle to Rigondeux given their similar weight.

Others: 11: (New) Mikey Garcia 12: (9) Carl Froch 13: (19) Gennedy Golovkin 14 :(14) Saul Alvarez 15: (10) Adrian Broner
