Kroger Marketplace Store will anchor The Shops at Arlington Village at the Southeast Corner of Milton Wilson and Airline in Arlington , Tennessee
By Fall 2017 , Arlington area shoppers will be able to enjoy the first Marketplace Store in West Tennessee . The 123,000 sq . ft . Marketplace Store will be located at the southeast corner of Milton Wilson Blvd . and Airline Road . The new Kroger Marketplace Store will offer a wide variety of fresh foods shoppers expect plus the added convenience of one-stop shopping .

building fund . The West Tennessee Veterans Home is planned for the current Arlington Developmental Center site on Milton Wilson , just west of the future Kroger Marketplace .
The current Kroger store in Arlington will be replaced by the new Marketplace design which will feature expanded grocery areas , home fashion and décor , bed and bath , kitchen and small appliances , apparel and shoes and Arlington ’ s first Starbucks . No announcement has been made regarding future plans for the current Kroger location , which is owned by Kroger .
