Center Director Retires
Arlington Senior Citizen Center
Director Betty Russell recently retired
after leading the center for 10 years.
Russell was the first permanent
director of the center, which is
located in Depot Square.
Russell will be succeeded by
current Assistant Director Elizabeth
Equi.

St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway Now Open in Hickory Withe

This year’s St. Jude Dream
Home Giveaway house is a
beautiful 3,900 sq. foot home
located only a few minutes from
Arlington in the The Cloisters
neighborhood

Hickory
Withe. The Southern Serenity
Homes built house, will be given
away
during
a
live
St. Jude Giveaway special
on Sunday, June 26 airing on
WMC-TV5. Fewer than 1,000 of
the $100 tickets remain for sale.
All proceeds from the giveaway
will benefit St. Jude Children’s
Research Hospital, the nation’s
leading
pediatric
research
hospital.
The St. Jude Dream Home is
currently open to the public for
weekend tours now through June
19 on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. and Sundays, noon to
5:00 p.m.
Just for visiting,
attendees can enter for a chance to
win a $5,000 shopping spree at
Ashley HomeStore and Stash.
