As a former Houston High Trap T ea m coach, Future Far mer s of America Advisor, and Millington Central basketball player (“We had to play against the Wiseman brothers,” he laments), Carter has a solid background in youth sports, plus a genuine enthusi- asm for community involvement. A 16 year resident of Arlington, Carter identifies his desire to be more involved in his hometown as one factor that motivated his interest in the position.
