FOCUS ON: LEARNING FOCUS ON: CLUBS
It was a full house for the
Donelson STEM Night on October
30 as students and parents
enjoyed a series of fun hands-on
learning activities throughout the
evening. Students at Arlington Elementary School are encouraged to join clubs in
order to foster relationship building, learn new skills, and explore new ideas.
Above: Students in the Boss’s Club at AES celebrated Thanksgiving a
few days early, as they learned how to decorate cookies in the shape of
Turkeys.
Below: The 4th grade Arts and Crafts Club, hosted by Regina Johnson
and Erin Deylius, has been involved in various activities, including pumpkin
painting, tie-dying t-shirts, making a terrarium and shrinky-dinks.
