Season’s Square Breaks Ground in Arlington

On Wednesday,
July 20, Town of
Arlington officials,
Chamber members,
friends, and project
partners joined A.I
Guron to break
ground on Phase 1 of
his project, Season’s.
The 7,000+ sq. ft.
development is located to the west and
north of First Citizens National Bank
at the corner of Airline and MemphisArlington Roads. It
will feature a convenience/fueling
station and three
additional retail bays
varying in size from
1,272 sq. ft. to 1,970
sq. ft.. Jon Woods,
of Chris Woods
Construction Company estimates Phase
1 will be completed
in approximately six
months.
“Great
projects
are happening in
Arlington,
which
signals solid growth
in our community,”
says
Arlington
Mayor
Mike
Wissman. “I commend our Town staff
for the work they
have done to manage
the projects coming
our way, and I congratulate A.I. for the
groundbreaking on
his site.”
Kevin Ledford, of
Ledford Engineering
and Planning told the
group gathered for
the groundbreaking
that as much time
was spent planning
the project as the
construction
will
take – and that the
finished project will
be one of which Arlington can be proud.
Phase 1, which
will be built on
Memphis-Arlington
Road, was designed
by Ledford Engineering and Planning, LLC and will
be constructed by
Chris Woods Construction Company,
Inc. HNA Engineering, PLLC is a partner on the project.
Phase 2 of Season’s Square will
connect with Phase
1, and the project
will front Airline
Road. Phase 2 will
feature 20,000 sq. ft.
of retail space, and is
designed for 2 restaurants
offering
patio seating. Start
date on Phase 2 has
not been determined.
