The Bishop is seen on the altar with Mistress of Ceremonies Anne Grycz , Bishop Carlos Sevilla , Retired Bishop of Yakima , WA , and Monsignor Francis Cilia , Vicar General .

On the Cover

A once in a lifetime blessing was bestowed on Francesca Amato , daughter of Michael and Bianca . Michael , Bianca and Francesca , members of Saint Martin of Tours Parish of San Jose , were watching the Pope drive by on March 15 in Rome . As the Pope drove by , one of the security guards plucked Francesca ( named after Saint Francis ) from the crowd and brought her to Pope Francis . He proceeded to bless her and give her a kiss then blessed Michael and Bianca .
