With immense gratitude for Fr. Engh, our 28th President, for his service, achievements, and
legacy. Spanning diverse areas of University life, his accomplishments encompass the
transformation of our physical campus, including numerous new spaces for the arts, law,
STEM, admissions, student life, and athletics. He championed sustainability and social justice,
advocated for social entrepreneurship and ethics, and he led our students, faculty, and staff to
new heights of achievement in scholarship, national recognition, and more. All this while
nurturing an alumni community now 100,000-plus strong. Thank you for a storied and
impactful decade for Santa Clara University.
