The UTility Bill July. 2015 | Page 4

Editor's Note

I would like to thank everyone for the hardwork they put in last month. June was indeed a wonderful month; we managed to reduce our error rate by double while dealing with higher volumes. Well done guys on that. Not only did we manage to reduce our error rate but we also managed to have an earlier EOD even though we minimised our reliance on Siebel From Home (SFH). This is testimony to your hard work, dedication and ability to deal with the pressure that comes with high volumes, as well as our abilty to pull together as a team. We still have a long way to go when it comes to creating stability and ensuring work life balance, but those are the things we will focus more on this month.

We were very excited at the feedback we received on our previous issue. Working as a team to put this newsletter together for the floor has had its challenges; however, it brought us even closer.

The floor is filled with people who have different interests and likes. Our goal is to ensure that with every issue we cater to as many of those personalities as possible. This is why we would love to hear from you regarding the things we put out. Your 2 cents worth is not only tolerated, but it's also encouraged!

This newsletter belongs to all of us. With that being said, we would like to involve as many people as possible. Those who wish to contribute to future issues or would like to give feedback on the first two are more than welcome to contact us via our Yammer page and be a part of this exciting initiative.

For this issue we went bigger and better. We hope you enjoy it. Oh, and remember, this is a digital print. Don't be shy to click on those videos.
