You can set up your Google Adwords account from the same account as your Gmail or Yoube account, just follow the links.
The way it basically works is that you set up a series of adverts which target various keywords and phrases.
The trick is to narrow the phrases down so that they are specific to whatever is being promoted.
For instance, if you set up an add campaign which targeted‘ weight loss’ it would basically be a waste of money because the niche is too broad.
If you narrowed it down to something like‘ fat belly overnight diet’ you would get far better results as it is targeted for someone who is specifiacly searching for that phrase.

The numbers to the right hand of the search terms indicate how many searches have been made per month.
Some of them may seem to be on the low side but I would rather have twenty highly relevant clicks on my campains as opposed one thousand clicks from people who would not be interested in the product which I am promoting.
