I thought that it would be a good idea to mention SEO (search engine optimization) but you
should be aware that it is more of a long term traffic generation method as opposed to the other
methods which we are talking about in this eBook.
SEO is an ever changing playing field with some SEO companies charging an arm and a leg to
optimize your website but if you keep it nice and simple and carry out a few steps you will find
that over time you will start to receive organic traffic from your basic SEO efforts.

rank highly in the search engines when certain keywords and phrases are searched for.

You could start by looking for blogs in the same niche and asking if it would be possible to write

You could look on question and answer websites such as Quora and answer questions people may
have regarding losing weight etc and include a link back to your website.
Reddit is also a popular website for traffic generation, but you have to be especially careful that
you are giving value in terms of the posts that you make, otherwise your comments will be voted
down and will not be seen by people on the site.
