Past UAP National President and incumbent chairman of the Professional
Regulatory Board of Architecture (PRB-Arch) Arch. Robert S. Sac is this fiscal
year’s President of the Philippine Association of the Professional Regulatory
Board Members, Inc. (PAPRB). Prior to his election, Arch. Sac served as the
Executive Vice President of PAPRB for the year 2017.
