Establishment of the Professions’ Learning Outcomes for Relevant
Philippine Qualifications Framework (PQF) Levels
The Professional Regulation Commission through the Professional Regulatory Board of Architec-
ture conducted a consultative meeting with UAP National Officers, concerned committees and
stakeholders in the creation of a specific language of learning outcomes for relevant Philippine
Qualification Framework (PQF) levels.
The PQF is a quality-assured national policy system for the development, recognition and
award of qualifications and is based on standards of knowledge, skills and values acquired
in different ways and methods by learners and workers.
The language crafted and established will be the basis for determining the compliance of the
professional with the PQF competency levels, as well as for regional referencing particularly
in determining the equivalence of certain PQF levels in the context of foreign jurisdiction.
