Revision of the Tobacco Products Directive By the
European Commission
Electronic Cigarettes containing nicotine over a
certain threshold will only be allowed if they have
been authorized as pharmaceuticals.
Member States shall prohibit the use of flavorings
in the components of tobacco products such as
filters, papers, packages, capsules or any
technical features allowing modification of flavor
or smoke intensity.
