David Anderson (Coll, 69-74): We have
had another eventful year. OW sailing
started successfully with victory in
the Belvidere trophy in early April, as
reported in the May Trusty Servant.
Our regular Cowes weekend in May
(19 th -20 th ) for boys in the school and
OWs with yachts was enjoyed by all
and we were joined in Cowes by the
Headmaster with his wife Jane, and
Claire Webster, don and WSC secretary,
with husband James. The Cadogan
family came in force - Daphne, her son
Edward (F, 83 -88) and grandson Harry
(K, 16-). They sail Aqualeo, an Oyster
Heritage. David Anderson brought
Stardust, Nick Nottingham (father of
Tom (I, 13-18)) brought Spellbinder and
Graham Stott brought Family Affair.
Calum Sillars and Peter Hunter were
race officers. As in previous years we
Seaview Teams

before dinner at the Royal Yacht
Squadron.
The Seaview weekend on 15 th -16 th
September was a great success. The OW
team consisted of Jim Eynon, David
Anderson and Oli Gordon (Boat 1),
TX Finney, Tiger Tellwright and Tom
Nottingham (Boat 2), Robin Garton,
Arrow Crew

had the usual enjoyable dinner on
Saturday night (with 22 Wykehamists,
Old Wykehamists, wives and Dons) and
then raced in good breeze on the Sunday.
OWs beat both school (The Sir Reginald
Bennett trophy) and Old Radleians and
