A New Kind of Legal Training.
Led by Professor Randy Lowry, alongside John Lowry and Mark Lanier, the Lanier Mediation Advocacy Academy uses a format unlike traditional CLE. There are no lectures, simulations, or role-plays. Instead, participants engage in professionally facilitated, high-level dialogue designed to surface the most sophisticated strategies in mediation advocacy.
Using a focused, conversational format, the program examines the five stages of mediation through brief presentations and guided small-group discussions on the strategies that drive outcomes. Participants collectively generate more than 200 actionable mediation tactics, captured in a unique roadmap provided at the conclusion of the Academy.
Enrollment is limited to 40 participants, ensuring depth of discussion and meaningful engagement. Demand is high, and availability is extremely limited.
