Emma Tapp , head of trading , Highclere International Investors Emma Tapp joined Highclere International Investors as part of the Operations team back in 2013 . She was later trained up as a trader and is now Highclere ’ s head of trading . Specialising in global ex-US small-mid cap equities , Emma has developed a wide relationship with the sell-side across Europe and Asia , and puts a strong focus on finding new ways to access liquidity across the small-cap space .
Emma holds a Bachelor ’ s Degree from Newcastle University and is a CFA Charterholder .

Grace Wiseman , equity trader , FMR Investment Management Grace Wiseman joined the London equity sector trading team at Fidelity Management Research ( FMR ), part of Fidelity Investments , in September 2020 covering the industrials and energy order pad for both developed and emerging markets . Grace ’ s execution talent is acknowledged by her colleagues ; “ New to the buy-side from the sell-side in the last two years , and has done an outstanding job making the transition and driving impact through her trading role . Has shown a strong aptitude for trading European markets across her sector assignment , is able to derive differentiated market colour for our investors and has deep industry relationships . After graduating Nottingham University with a first-class degree in American Studies and History , Grace started her financial career in the alpha capture space before moving to the sell-side as an equity sales trader covering hedge fund clients for nearly four years prior to joining FMR .
