THE SEOPW CRA APPROVES DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT FOR THREE MAJOR PROJECTS IN OVERTOWN

ON MONDAY, January 27,
2014, The Board of Commissioners for the Southeast
Overtown / Park West Community
Redevelopment
Agency (CRA) of the City of
Miami approved development agreements in support
of three new construction
projects that will increase
the number of affordable housing units, create permanent jobs and encourage
economic redevelopment within the historic Overtown community.
Project developers, All Aboard Florida NW
Sixth Street, LLC, Overtown Gateway Partners, LLC
and Sawyers Walk, LTD, are set to commence construction in 2015. Monday’s CRA Board approval of
the development agreements signaled that the projects are consistent with the CRA’s Redevelopment
