Roasted Chicken and Veggies Sheppard's Pie
Here’s a Healthy Hearty
Easy Recipe for those
weeknights when you want
a hearty dinner without the
extensive labor.
In a Bowl, Mix together the Rotisserie
Chicken, Mixed Vegetables, Chicken
Gravy and Italian Seasoning. Pour Mixture into a baking dish. Top the mixture with the prepared mashed potatoes. Spread the mashed potatoes
evenly over the mixture so that it creates the crust. Sprinkle the Panko
Bread Crumbs over the
mashed potatoes. Bake in
the Oven at 350 until the
bread crumbs are browned.
Serve while hot.
INGREDIENTS:
1– Whole Rotisserie
Chicken ( Shredded and
Deboned)
1– Cup of Frozen Mixed Veggies
(Defrosted)
2.5 - Prepared cups of Idaho Potato
Spuds
12oz– Fat Free Roasted Chicken Gravy
2– Tablespoons of Italian Seasoning
1– Cup of Seasoned Panko bread
Crumbs
