FEATURED STORY
BOOKER T. WASHINGTON SENIOR HIGH FOOTBALL
TEAM NATIONAL CHAMPS!
ON STATURDAY, December 7th 2013
in Orlando, the Booker T. Washington Tornadoes took on the Jacksonville Bolles and won their 26th consecutive game. The win wrapped up
their second undefeated season, a
huge victory in the school’s history.
“This was just a stepping stone; it
solidifies the team as the number one team in the country. We put a lot of hard work
and we deserve this,” said head coach Tim “Ice” Harris.
The 2013 championship trophy was
placed front and center in the school for all of
the student body to see. That’s where the
players said it belongs.

“It feels wonderful to know we brought this

Knowing we did it for our community and all
the people supporting us the whole year,”
said Linebacker Terry Jefferson.
