Baylor Health Care System Foundation raises and manages charitable funds for Baylor Scott & White Health – North Texas . Since it was created in 1978 , the Foundation has raised nearly $ 600 million . The Foundation has an active annual donor base of more than 12,000 individuals , corporations and foundations .
