Foundation is pleased to announce that 18
outstanding business, community and philanthropic leaders have joined the Foundation
board as new members. Margo Goodwin will
serve as board chairman for her second year.
“We are fortunate to have a wonderful tradition of a strong and involved board,” said
Rowland K. Robinson, Foundation president. “Their perspective, insight and leadership will elevate the Foundation and the
impact we have in the communities we serve.
Board members serve as ambassadors of
Baylor Health Care System’s mission to
serve all people through exemplary health
care, education, research and community
service. The near term focus of the
Foundation is the successful completion of
the $250 million comprehensive campaign, Campaign 2015: Baylor Makes Us
All Better. As of September 2015, the
Foundation has raised more than 92 percent toward its campaign goal.
“The 18 men and women we’ve added are
distinguished leaders in business and community organizations across North Texas,”
said Margo. “I look forward to working
closely with this outstanding group of individuals in support of many exciting Baylor
projects.”
