Massey named Foundation vice president
Since joining Baylor Health Care System Foundation in 2005,
Jennifer Massey’s consistent results-oriented performance has led
to four promotions, including her recent advancement to vice
president.
“Jennifer serves as a member of the Foundation’s
Senior Executive Leadership Team and plays a key
role in driving strategy and outcomes throughout the
organization,” said Rowland K. Robinson, Foundation
president. “This promotion is in recognition of the
extraordinary work and outstanding leadership she
has provided to Baylor Health Care System
Foundation over the last decade.”
Over the years, Jennifer has been instrumental in the
Foundation’s long-term success. She has had responsibility for the
strategy, content and delivery of more than 220 events. Currently,
Jennifer provides oversight for developing fundraising strategies for
nearly 20 different Baylor Health Care System service lines, enabling
12
the Foundation to articulate system needs and priorities in a way
that is attractive to our highest-level patrons. In addition, she has
responsibility for all stewardship and donor recognition.
An active coach and mentor – Jennifer has been
instrumental in helping in the development of key
Foundation staff. She has a genuine interest in maximizing her teammate’s potential. Leading by example, Jennifer has recently completed her MBA from
Texas Woman’s University.
“Jennifer maintains a strong sense of accountability for herself and others, and has been responsible for
leading and developing many different initiatives
throughout her tenure,” added Rowland. “Her leadership, expertise and attention to detail have helped raise the profile of the Foundation within the community and engage and
attract high-level patrons and advocates from throughout the city.
We are lucky to have her on our team.”
