and operated restaurant opened in 1985.
Our Place has expanded to serve two cities
and is open daily from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. at
950 N. Burleson Blvd. in Burleson and 915
W. Debbie Lane in Mansfield.

Bird Egg Cafe – Palestine, Texas
Open before the light of dawn, Bird’s Egg Cafe
greets its customers with smiles and heavenly smells
of breakfast. Wanda Mills, owner of the coveted
breakfast nook, and her friendly staff enjoy serving
their regulars but never meet a stranger. Everyone
feels like family at the Bird’s Egg Cafe. Prices are
affordable. Everything on the menu is under $10.
The Bird’s Egg Cafe, 1605 W. Palestine Ave., opens
from 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, 5:30 a.m. to
11 a.m. Monday through Friday, and 5:30 a.m. to
11:30 a.m. Saturday.
