They started the restau- rant with three items and have built it up from nothing. They added the best of the best items and only sell food they are extremely proud of after perfecting it. It is not only a nice place out for a date but also family friendly. You can bring the kids for a family night and play gi- ant connect 4. “We are friendly people, you may go to a brewery in Dallas and nobody even speaks to you, we don’t do that here, we love to engage our customers.” said Pierce.
