me to bring a little bit of urban life into Athens, because
there is not a lot of this here.”
The brewery is not just about beer; they also sell wine,
and have an amazing restaurant. They started the restau-
rant with three items and have built it up from nothing.
They added the best of the best items and only sell food
they are extremely proud of after perfecting it. It is not
only a nice place out for a date but also family friendly.
You can bring the kids for a family night and play gi-
ant connect 4. “We are friendly people, you may go to
a brewery in Dallas and nobody even speaks to you, we
don’t do that here, we love to engage our customers.” said
Pierce. In the future they have dreams of expanding the
outside area, possibly creating a kid zone upstairs to be
even more family friendly and expanding the sale of their
beer to stores locally and online. “We want our custom-
ers to feel engaged and welcome.” So pop in and try their
new brews. They are working on a champagne IPA and
a Mango Mojito. William’s personal favorite at least on
this day is the Thomas. If you have additional questions
