Summer Camp 2012 CAMPS Recreation Getting away also includes having fun. The activities at Camp Tejas put many of our guests in places they do not normally go. They experience recreation that brings out laughter, excitement, and team work. Having fun together is an excellent part of fellowship. It establishes a unique bonding time that places different people on common ground. 11 | Pages 2012 We had 22 groups from 27 churches from all over Texas this summer. They bring their children and youth groups every year to have a blast and grow closer the Lord at summer camp.
