Have you ever felt scared? Scared out of your mind? Your hands get sweaty, you are looking red in the face and your stomach is being turned upside down. Everyone has felt scared at one point of your life, and it is apart of everyday life. But how do we deal with this fear that we experience as humans? How do we get over it? What is fear?
Fear is a feeling. A feeling that humans feels when they don’t know what is going to happen. If they can’t know for certain what is going to happen they develop fear. It is the not knowing. we can not eliminate fear entirely but we can make it so that we don’t have mental breakdowns due to fear. Here are some useful tips to manage your fear:
Steps:
Step One- Identify your fear. It is important to understand what you are afraid of.
Step Two- Breathe. Make sure there is still oxygen getting into your head!
Step Three- Make a mental plan. Plan to conquer your fear.
Step Four-Do it. Take a big leap or a small step but conquer it.
