Medical Benefits

A lot has been done to improve our daily lives, one of them being medicine. The development of medicine along with other technology such as CAT Scans and X-Rays as well as vaccinations have allowed us to live relatively untroubled and peaceful lives.

Unlike the Ancient Romans and the Chinese who suffered and lost great portions of their population due to the Black Death or Plague, modern civiizations wouldn't have to suffer as did the Roman and Chinses Empires.

Due to advances in science and the medical field, the emergence of such diseases could be prevented through the discovery of cures or vaccinations that scientists and doctors can distribute to the population at hand.

Along with the preventation of diseases, advances in the medical field has seen the increase in many average life expectanies in several countries.

In conclusion, without technology doctors would still be debating about the best ways to cure a person of a fever or any other illness and whether or not they should practice bloodletting on their ill patient. With technology today, doctors can cure many other illness that were considered fatal in the Ancient times and due to this, our general life expectany as a whole has increased.
