The course is divided into two groups (a and b), half of the students in each group receives an information sheet with A. The other half of each group receives a sheet with information B. Student A has information that the student B should not have and ask questions in English to obtain the missing information. Student B should do the same to get the missing information.

The teacher makes a competition between the two groups to see which of the two complete groups missing information in less time. The group to do so in less time wins a point. Then, the teacher performs three questions for each group in English, each with an extra point to check vocabulary understanding; any member of the group can answer the question and earn a point for their group. The group with the most points wins.

The teacher makes a bonus trivia question about the TV series (about the bigger photo) for anyone who wants to answer. The first to do so wins a special prize.

The following activity is intended to be realized with third year secondary students. The purpose of this activity is to get the students to add new information and vocabulary related to a TV show they are watching in class as part of a special reinforcement unit that is not part of the book used for the rest of the classes. For this activity, I worked with relevant vocabulary related to the stars of the TV series also giving the opportunity to improve speaking skills. The idea is that the vocabulary will help them more easily understand the plot and the main ideas of the TV series they are watching.

Objective: At the end of the activity, the students will be able to recognize and understand vocabulary related to a TV show.
