make your own
What you’ll need:

overnight maxi pads
cup witch hazel
cup 100% aloe vera gel
drops lavender essential oil
drops of myrrh essential oil or resin
teaspoon silver solution
oz. comfrey leaves
cups boiling water
oz calendula leaves
Before placing
the frozen pad on,
unwrap and let
thaw for 5
minutes.
How to make your padsicle:
1. Boil 4 cups water to make comfrey tea.
2. Pour water over comfrey in large bowl, cover and let
steep 8 hours.
3. Strain comfrey and reserve the tea.
4. Mix the tea, witch hazel, aloe vera gel, silver solution,
myrrh, calendulea, and lavender in a medium bowl.
5. Unwrap each pad, but leave it in it's wrapper.
6. Pour 24 tablespoons over each pad, concentrating on
where your sore perineum will be.
7. Fold pad up and rewrap.
8. Wrap in waxed paper and place in a gallon zip bag in
the freezer.
