Something we work with a lot at reGEN is learning how to flow with the rhythm of the seasons - in our lives , as in the projects we ’ re bringing into creation .
Our society tells us that there is only one acceptable mode and that is “ GO !!!”, but our bodies , minds , and souls aren ’ t built to be able to do that all the time - there is a natural dance between flowing forward , ebbing , resting , planting seeds , blooming forth , etc .
As summer is here , we are looking around at what is blossoming that we planted months ago and taking time to revel , dance , and play in the bounty around us - making sure to enjoy the smell of the flowers we contributed to co-create . How about you ?
