Happy 2015!  In this first Gavel of 2015,
you’ll find information on SBAND’s
member benefits.  We have great partners

SBAND members receive access to clients
through the Lawyer Referral Service;
no-cost and low-cost CLEs; the Lawyer
Assistance Program (LAP); the Member
Assistance Program (MAP); the Client
Protection Fund; Fee Arbitration, and
much more.
However, at this particular time, I’ve been
focused on the legislative and government
relations work done on behalf of SBAND. 
The legislature is in session, and the pace
of life in Bismarck and at SBAND has
quickened.
