Diane K. Lautt
is an associate attorney with Howard & Associates, P.C. in
Minot. She practices in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate, real estate, business entity formation,
and business and farm succession planning.
Diane is a native of Manhattan, Kansas. In 2006 she received
her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in History and Business
Administration: Management and Finance, from Tabor College in Hillsboro, Kansas. Prior to attending law school Diane
worked as a Financial Analyst for AT&T Application and Hosting Services in Annapolis, Maryland.
She earned her Juris Doctor degree with Dean’s Honors from
Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, in
2012. At Washburn University she was a Research Editor for
the Washburn Law Journal and published two articles, and
she received certificates in Estate Planning and Tax Law.
Diane is a member of the Ward County Bar Association, the
Minot Young Professionals, and WealthCounsel. She enjoys
playing golf, traveling and reading. She is married to Steve
Lautt, a Minot native, who is an attorney with Pringle & Herigstad, P.C.
Micheal A. Mulloy
is a partner with Stebbins Mulloy, LLC, in Bismarck. He
currently practices in the areas of family law, real estate, estate
planning, and probate. Prior to opening Stebbins Mulloy,
LLC, in June with Jackie M. Stebbins, Micheal worked as an
associate attorney in Bismarck.
In 2008, Micheal graduated Summa Cum Laude from the
University of Mary with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social
and Behavioral Sciences with a minor in Political Science.
He then attended the University of Kansas School of Law in
Lawrence, where he graduated in 2012 in the top 15 percent
of his class. While at KU, Micheal was active in KU’s in-house
moot court competition, and later argued at the National First
Amendment Moot Court Competition at Vanderbilt University
School of Law. He also clerked for the Honorable Michael J.
Malone (retired) of the Seventh Judicial District of Kansas, was
active in the Student Bar Association, received the CALI award
for Excellence in Local Government Law, and completed all
requirements for KU’s Advocacy Certificate Program.
Micheal is a member of the State Bar Association of North
Dakota, the Big Muddy Bar Association, and recently was
named to the Super Lawyers 2015 Great Plains Rising Stars
list. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, spending time
with family and friends, and staying current with political
happenings across the state and nation.
