Disciplinary Board of the Supreme
Court of the State of North Dakota,
Petitioner v. Ervin J. Lee, Respondent

A hearing panel of the Disciplinary
Board found that Ervin J. Lee violated
N.D.R.
Prof. Conduct 1.5(b) and (c), Fees;
and N.D.R. Prof. Conduct 1.15(a), (d),
and (e), Safekeeping Property and Professional Liability Insurance Disclosure.
The hearing panel recommended that
Lee be suspended from the practice of
law for 60 days and pay the costs
of the disciplinary proceeding in the
amount of $7,147.51.
The Supreme Court found the evi-
dence clearly and convincingly established that Lee violated N.D.R. Prof.
Conduct 1.5(b) and (c), Fees; and
N.D.R. Prof. Conduct 1.15(a), (d),
and (e), Safekeeping Property and Professional Liability Insurance Disclosure.
The Court ordered that Lee be suspended from the practice of law for 60 days
and pay the costs of the disciplinary
proceeding in the amount of $7,147.51.
