As I sat down to write a piece about mentorship , fellowship and facilitation , I realized that for many of you , my background and personal story haven ’ t been heard .
How could this ND decide that she ’ s the one who is going to lead us down this new path of evidence and collaboration ? How on earth is she qualified to do this ?
If you ’ ve thought this , you ’ re not alone . I bumped into one of my past instructors this past summer at a conference and shared what I was doing . She said two things .
“ That sounds very cool ” and “ You ’ re not qualified to do that ”.
