sRI LANKA Booth at the university of Washington Culturefest 2014
The University of Washington hosted the University Culturalfest 2014 on the 7th and 8th of February. For this event, the Sri Lankan students of the university organised a booth on 'Sri Lanka'. The booth was very well received by our audience and we also won one of the five main awards. We also received the vote for "My next travel destination" out of 35 booths from around the world. I was pleased that I was able to locate a few students and staff members of Sri Lankan origin at the University, who also helped out with the booth.
