Ive been a member with imvu since 3/28/09, I was invited by a friend and started creating a year after I got here. I loved running My Jazz clubs and couldnt find the textures I loved so I had a friend start me on my way. There is something beautiful about seeing your vision come to life and having others enjoy , it is rewarding. I remember my first room, lol, I thought it was the best thing since slice bread. It wasnt bad but not as good as I thought, it was my friends Nan and BellaBrown that made it seem bigger than it was, lol love you guys.
I get inspired by anything different. I love strong clean lines with elegance and style...then a hint of something different. Im inspired by words and my husband MrTrayDevaughn (grins ,blush ). I would love to tell other developers JUST DO IT. There is no wrong type of Room or Furniture. Don't limit yourself, remember there is only one you so bring what you have to the table , its more than enough.
