Protect Washington Rally On Sept . 12 , more than 150 sportsmen converged on Skookum Brewery in Arlington , Wash ., to support the Sportsmen ’ s Alliance legal efforts to right the wrongs of a rogue fish and game commission running roughshod over sportsmen ’ s rights in recent years . The atmosphere was electric as those in attendance discussed the issues and impact on their lives . A silent auction featuring items from local supporters , such as Bear Country Outdoors and Crazy Elk Company , got the night started . A live auction with hunting trips to Africa and Argentina , custom rifles from Cantrell Outdoors and Aero Precision , as well as local hunting and fishing excursions made the event a huge success and will go a long way to pushing back against the anti-hunting forces in the state .
Sportsmen ’ s Alliance Day at the Range Judging by the feedback from the more than 200 shooters in attendance , our day at the range was a huge hit ! And why wouldn ’ t it be ? Everyone shot brand-new SIG Sauer rifles and pistols with houseprovided ammo and no responsibility for cleanup . In addition to the live-fire opportunities , every participant received a grab bag and was automatically entered to win SIG Sauer guns and optics . Odds of winning were great for the 16 prizes with a total value of more than $ 16,000 ! It really doesn ’ t get any better than that for a day at the range !

Sporting Clays Invitational Our most recent event was a blast ! Each shooter received 100 targets and a provided lunch . Shooting took place in teams either registered as a team or individuals matched with team members . Our partners continue to come through strong with prizes including Solo . 22 suppressors from Silencer Central , Viper binoculars from Vortex and multiple firearms .
26th Annual Northeast Sporting Clays Championship This annual event was hosted by Mid- Hudson Sporting Clays and was sponsored by the National Shooting Sports Foundation . Each shooter enjoyed 100 registered targets , lunch and a chance to prove that they have what it takes to take home a trophy ! Almost 100 shooters braved the rainy weather and had a blast . Proceeds benefited the Sportsmen ’ s Alliance mission to protect the hunting and shooting sports .
