SIX COURT CASES TO KNOW

THE SPORTSMEN ’ S ALLIANCE FOUNDATION IS CURRENTLY INVOLVED IN SEVERAL CASES WITH PRECEDENT-SETTING IMPACTS ON WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AND HUNTING .

The wheels of justice turn slowly . Court cases can drag on for years , even decades , when it comes to wildlife management . Initial rulings get appealed and new rulings are issued based on arguments that require adjustments to research and data collection , which take time to document , analyze and review .

Through it all , the Sportsmen ’ s Alliance Foundation stands strong , protecting your passions and scientific wildlife management . We meet the animal-rights and anti-hunting extremists head-on , court challenge after court challenge , year after year , so you can keep hunting , fishing and trapping .
