Once brought to light , the lives and futures of millions of tormented souls will be transformed forever . That is the pledge , and that is the covenant which binds all of us here to millions of people of the world who are watching these proceedings and who , by the Grace of G-d almighty , will be the standing army to this most noble undertaking .
