Decentralization of decision making and other validation in the system can be further advanced by prediction based algorithms . Not all the evidence needed may be discoverable but it may be possible to discern it through logic . Adding this AI element , allows potentially a second hand alongside participant validation by voting and can be used to reduce the possibility of human collusion . Further checks can be provided by anonymous deep learning analysis of participant ’ s activity and group patterns – checking that votes are not being combined by monopolists or hackers . Obviously the greater the numbers of participants the greater the reduction of this as a possibility . Alibaba resolves disputes by using nearly a million potential ‘ jury ’ members who are randomly selected and rendered 150 million decisions in March 2016 . They are incentivized with enhanced credit rating for use on the Alibaba site .
Also AI analysis allows the community to analyze the consistency of a narrative . Most activity is cause and effect and so largely predictable . Accordingly , where a significant inconsistency to a pattern of activity occurs or a repetition of inconsistencies occur , these would tend to suggest that a just outcome is unlikely , i . e . with reasonable doubt and , in such circumstances , we should attend to the principle of innocent till proven guilty in the name of Natural Justice .
Initially positioned as a ‘ name and shame ’ institution , the growth of crowd-based initiatives can now enable the ITNJ to enforce its conclusions . The power of marketing ‘ wrong doing ’ through the alternative press networks , as well as petitioning existing legislative infrastructure and existing press networks has increasingly become a powerful tool for change . The use of consumer and decentralized network sanctions refusing to buy certain products or refusing perform assumed activity can weaken and bring down the most powerful state regimes and multinational corporations . The ITNJ also intends to crowdfund for share purchase to enable a voice in corporate decision making where those corporations are acting in a significant way against natural justice . Such peaceful demonstration is the highest form of activist change ; clearly , justice unenforced is not justice .
In this way , once a decision is made and the participants have decided that action is necessary , they will be asked to act against the interests of the wrongdoers to enable them to see the error of their ways and cease their inhumane activity . This will be effective and as it is a decentralized approach , it will not be one that is susceptible to ‘ shut down ’ by the wrong doer .
But we should also look at how provision of coins can incentivize good behaviour . Positive activities that enable a more just existence , or educate others ( for ignorance is the enemy of justice ) to seek a more just existence for all , should be encouraged . In the parable of the Good Samaritan , the good Samaritan gave two denarii to the innkeeper who would keep his wounded charge , in our example , an ITNJ Foundation would reward not just the innkeeper but the good Samaritan with coin . Further , it would reward a corporation that turned around an unfair policy or a slaver that turned whistleblower or a polluter that remediated his waste . And most of all it would err on the side of Justice ’ s fair sister Mercy , for what fidelity is greater than that we treat others as we would like to be treated .
This principle of rewarding others for that good behaviour which creates a more just world , could become the bedrock of the universal basic wage system that many see as a likely future response to global automation . A fair wage underpinned by a JUST coin . Our futures need not be dystopian .
