• I personally participated in a phone conference
with the court regarding the many promissory
notes I have sent. This was a meeting set up by
the court because I have sued the bank. This
phone conference does not allow me a full
hearing to present all of my facts, but the facts
will be delivered by me, and the audio recording
and documents will be posted for public view.
My hope is to get a trial, and that the trial will not
be about my case alone, but will use that forum
to address and expose all the fraud carried out
by the Roman Curia and The Holy See, and set a
precedent; and from there we will publish all of
the documents and audio and video recordings
for all to see and know the Truth.

• The third directions hearing was held by the ITNJ
for our case on 14 April 2016. UZA clarified its
motion as to the direction in which we wish to
proceed in this matter. Aims: the development
and implementation of community courts and
community banks with budgets, as mandated in
the 1994 RDP Policy Framework; and, a Truth
and Reconciliation Commission into the financial system with the aim of returning to prudent
and ethical banking wherein currency is valuebacked. Click here for the summary, video and
audio recordings, and transcript.
• UZA has opened our last and final case before
the Constitutional Court of South Africa (as well
DONATE HERE F
as the Judicial Services Commission this time)
in CASE NO: CCT 78/16 to show that we have
exhausted all possible recourse for remedy; this
case was rejected, therefore the matter is to be set
down for trial before the ITNJ in Soweto, South
Africa, as soon as July 2016.
• Community Banks: The people have the
fundamental right to participate in their own
banks, alternative currency and exchanges,
and stokvels, and to develop creative and innovative mechanisms in positive economics; and,
the 1994 RDP Policy Framework affirms the
development of community banks. There have
recently been numerous arrests and seizure of
assets of people participating in stokvels. These
actions violate the constitution and the natural
rights of the people, and must stop. Further info
posted here.
• Crowd-funding campaign: Currently all donations are for the above court case; breakdown
of costs for the ITNJ case and donation account
details at: ITNJcommittee.org/UZA. Feel free to
make an R200 (or more) donation; Freely give and
freely we will receive. Deep gratitude and thanks
to all the people who have shown faith in our
action and who have supported us in prayer and
in spirit and with ongoing donations.
• 2016 National People’s Referendum: The People’s
Referendum will be ongoing until the next
national elections. Our first goal is 50,000 signatures towards our court case by the end of June.
So far, we have about 10,000 names and we thank
the people making the effort. Please help collect
signatures by downloading and printing the
document here.
