UPDATES FROM THE INTERNATIONAL CHAPTERS OF THE COMMITTEE TO SUPPORT THE ITNJ Aotearoa (New Zealand) Council • The Aotearoa Council of the Committee to Support the ITNJ is proud to welcome Craig Collins, also known as Te Ariki, Pouhere Uru Mana, as our newest committee member. Craig has recently been appointed Chief Justice of the House of the External Sovereign Protectorate, within the House of the Native Sovereign Protectorate, in the South Island of Aotearoa, New Zealand. He joins us as a natural law advocate. • The flag change referendum went ahead with an overwhelming voter turn out, 56.6% voting to keep the original colonisers’ flag and 43.2% favouring the new contender. Distrust was present in the minds of many towards the government’s timing for pushing a $26 million flag change that would have cost, in the final analysis, billions of dollars to implement. It has also brought increasing awareness to the original first flag of the United Tribes of Aotearoa chosen in 1835, Te Haki Tuatahi (meaning first flag), as well as shining a light on issues of sovereignty for all. • The signing of the TPPA in Auckland, New Zealand on 4 February 2016 provoked one of the largest protests this nation has ever seen and has roused the ire of Tangata Whenua, the People of the Land, both Maori and Pakeha (Europeans) alike. In signing the TPPA the crown is using its dirty tricks to negate its obligations to its own citizens, while breaching its responsibilities to the Maori, which are laid out in the 1840 Treaty, Te Tiriti O Waitangi. We in the committee are watching this closely. • Tentative discussions have been started with a small group of concerned people regarding the forced fluoridation of the water supply of regional communities. As awareness grows that choice is being taken away and rights overridden, people are looking for stronger means of voicing their concerns and protests. We stand ready should they move forward with an application to the ITNJ. • We are looking for committed volunteers. Skills needed include research, crowdfunding, writing, blogging, and video editing. Jenese James Council Administrator: Aotearoa [email protected] Eastern European Chapter • The Eastern Europe Chapter of the Committee to Support the ITNJ was given a signed, sealed and stamped letter of mandate from Sacha Stone, founder of the ITNJ, formally appointing Lina Helstein as the Chapter Chair, with authority to represent the Eastern Europe Chapter in communications with governmental agencies and officials and private parties, and to take all actions necessary to effect the mission of the Eastern Europe Chapter of the Committee to Support the ITNJ. • Significant progress has been made in collecting evidence for cases that may be brought before the ITNJ in Lithuania, including matters of fraudulent criminal bankruptcy of companies and seizures of their buildings, equipment, and assets, as well as fraudulent mortgage foreclosures and evictions, which are generally performed with bribed judges and government officials. Research and gathering of evidence continues for several larger issues that are national and international in nature. TheSovereignVoice.Org
