MESSY
CHURCH
It’
It’s Church but not as
we know it!
‘Messy Church’ is for
adults and children to
enjoy together.
It's all-age. it's fun. it’s
aim is to introduce
Jesus, to give an
opportunity to
encounter Him and to
grow closer to Him.
The next Messy
Church is at 3pm on
Sunday 2nd February
at St. George’s Hall
George’ Hall.
THANK
YOU
… for the many
expressions of love
and fellowship we
have received over
Christmas.
These are all really
appreciated and are a
great encouragement.
We are all very
mindful of the Lord’s
goodness to us and of
the privilege of serving
Him with you and
among you.

to ‘throw off’ at the
beginning of 2014?
With our love, thanks,
and prayers,
Jealousy?
Bitterness?
Selfishness?
Lack of love for God or
other people?
Anger?
Indifference?

PAUSE FOR
THOUGHT
“Therefore, since we
are surrounded by
such a great cloud of
witnesses, let us
throw off everything
that hinders and the
sin that so easily
entangles, and let us
run with
perseverance the race
marked out for us.
Let us fix our eyes on
Jesus, the author and
perfector of our faith,
who for the joy set
before him endured
the cross, scorning its
shame, and sat down
at the right hand of
the throne of God”.
Thank God for those
whose faithfulness to
Christ inspires you.
What sin do you need
Ask God to help you to
persevere in godliness
and to be a means of
enabling others to do
the same ‘Let us fix our eyes on
Jesus’.
