Dali’s works bring dream-like visions to the fore, altering image and time on one canvas or in one film. The title of the project comes from one of his most famous paintings in which time itself through a series of images of soft and melting watches is seen to be a fluid construct. 20 The Source Arts Centre Following discussion with the group, we will look to identify how Dali’s classic work and his use of imagery can be best utilised as inspiration for a sound, visual arts and performance work. The participants will write the script, create the set and will perform the piece on the final day of the project. Ages: 13-18 years TiMES: 10AM To 5pM EACh DAy priCE: €100 (plACES liMiTED)
