The Pella Community School District’ s mission is to maximize life’ s opportunity for every child. Home of the Dutch, the district continues to build on its reputation for strong academics and deep community support, with a growing emphasis on early learning and career-connected opportunities. The district opened the Viersen Early Learning Center in 2024 to expand preschool programming and wrap-around care, and it enters 2026 with new leadership on deck as it plans for the next phase of growth in and around Pella.
